? Provide support to local offices for the investigation, evaluation, and negotiation of claims in order to reach a fair and equitable settlement.
? Act as a customer advocates establishing and maintaining customer rapport.
? Create a positive customer experience by utilizing customer focused processes, appropriate behaviors and skills to achieve overall business objectives.
? Must be able to train and mentor lesser knowledgeable employees.
? Three (3) or more years of experience in property adjusting estimating, constructions industry experience ? manager/estimator, insurance estimator Sub Contractor, Owner/Estimator (i.e., roofing, siding, fencing, electrical, carpet/flooring, lumber yard, engineer, or an architect).
? Communication: Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
? Proactive: Ability to take initiative to seek training needed and be able to apply what was learned in a live environment
? Ethical behavior: Display of personal and professional integrity
? Self-starter: Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
? Technology: Ability to navigate basic computer skills in order to be proficient in the position
High School Diploma/GED required
